Calendar
The Calendar brings your commitments, meetings, meet-ups, blocked time and reminders together in one place, viewed by day, week, month, year or list. You can keep several calendars with their own colors, share one with your team, make events repeat, and see tasks with a due date — and even your contacts' birthdays — right alongside your schedule. This page is the overview; each topic has its own page below.
Overview
Each item on the calendar is an appointment with a type, a time and a status. You create appointments, make them repeat, block off time you're not available, and organize everything into colored calendars that you can show, hide or share with your team. Tasks that have a due date appear on the day they're due, and contacts with a birthday on file show up as a small cake chip on their day — so your commitments, your to-dos and the people you care about live side by side.
Core concepts
- Appointment
- A single item on the calendar, with a type (commitment, meeting, meet-up, blocked time or reminder), a time and a status.

- Recurrence
- A rule that makes an appointment repeat — daily, weekly, monthly or yearly — with every occurrence shown across all views.
- Availability
- Your working hours and blocked time, which mark when you are free or busy.
