Settings
Settings live in the account menu (click your name or avatar). The dialog has a sidebar with a search box at the top and several groups: Account (Profile, Billing, Team, Vault, API / MCP), Customization (Appearance, General, Editor), one page of defaults per module, Storage and About. You tailor the app to your taste and everything is saved automatically — there's no "save" button.
Appearance
Controls the look and language of the entire interface. Changes apply everywhere in the app.
- Language
- Choose between Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, Italian and German. Changes the text in menus, buttons and screens.
- Color scheme
- Light, Dark or Automatic. In automatic mode the app follows your system theme (light by day, dark by night).
- Accent color
- The color used on buttons, links and highlights across the whole app. Pick one of the ready-made swatches or open the free color picker for any shade.
- Module names in the side rail
- Shows each module's name under its icon in the dark rail on the left. Off by default (the names appear as tooltips).

Storage
Keep track of how much space you use and clean up when you need to.
- Space used
- A bar showing how much of your plan's storage quota is already taken up by images and attachments.
- Clean up orphan files

- Delete all notes
- Deletes all of your notes, notebooks, tags and their files at once. A risky and irreversible action.
